OUTDOOR REHEARSAL HOUSEKEEPING

To make sure that our rehearsals are Covid safe we will still need to limit numbers attending so I won't be able to give times out until I have a complete list of those who plan to attend.

The rules are almost the same as previous rehearsals and will enable us to keep safe :-

• Members under 18 need to have submitted a form signed by parents to say that they are aware of all aspects of our health and safety risk assessment. (Members over 18 can sign their own form).

• Members must not attend whilst isolating after a positive test.

• Members need to be punctual for their appointment as access to the site is controlled.

• Masks need to be worn in all public areas (but can be taken off once members are in place for dancing and playing music in a socially distanced manner).

• Members need to sanitize hands upon arrival and dispose any tissues or discarded waste safely.

• Temperatures will be taken unless you have had a lateral flow test during the previous week and have tested negative.

• Instruments must not be shared.

• The Green Room toilet will be available for emergencies.

These are the dates for outside dance rehearsals this half term. They will be on:

17th April, 24th April, 1st May, 8th May, 15th May and 22nd May.
